Ultimately, you are accountable to yourself. But often, this may not be enough to be effective. There is power in having another person or group to help keep you honest and on track.
Trading can be a lonely journey, but it does not have to be. A trader can easily become discouraged, complacent, stray, or even deepen unhealthy habits and behaviors that hold him or her back from developing into a better trader.
The Traders Accountability Program (TAP) provides the community-based accountability that you need for the behaviors and habits that you want to change or improve to help you in your trading journey.
You, as the Participant, decide on which behaviors and/or habits that you want to change, develop, or improve to help you to develop into a better trader. You are matched with an Accountability Partner (AP) to help keep you honest.
For example, you may want to improve your discipline to follow your trading plan, or don't over-trade, etc.
You work on your goals and check in with the TAP community group and your AP weekly. At the end of each week, you submit an online progress report. Your AP will also receive a copy of your submission for review. Your progress is tracked by the program.
At the end of the month, participant progress is posted on a Leaderboard. Monthly celebration includes sharing lessons learned, community spotlight interviews, awards, and prizes.
The Traders Accountability Program (TAP) is available to any member of the CWT Community. Once you become a member, you can enroll in the program inside the community.
