If it wasn’t for the fast forward button I would not be able to make it through this podcast. Tessa makes this almost unbearable to listen.
Interviews are great but the preamble at the start of each show is terrible
Move the female’s rambling monologue to the end of the show not the start. It’s turning a lot of people off because nothing is being said and it doesn’t make sense to reference a bunch of other episodes when we’re about to listen to an episode. Aside from that the questions and quality of guests are really good

One of the better podcasts about trading. They interview real traders with real ideas. I’ve learn a ton from listening to this podcast. The hosts are real traders with real interest in learning.
